The Trust estates team will ensure that all statutory compliance checks are completed to ensure that the Trust complies with the DfE Good Estate Management for Schools and statutory health and safety legislation. The Trust holds a central record of compliance utilising the EVERY system.
All tasks are booked when they are due and carried out at school level.
The EVERY system enables Premises Supervisors, School Business Managers, Headteachers, Central Team and Trustees to review a RAG rated dashboard with drilldown functionality to ensure schools are compliant with regards to estates management.
The Head of Estates and Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for ensuring that estates staff are undertaking appropriate checks and monitoring the EVERY system.
