Estates Support Information
When logging a ticket for support, the following response times apply. The initial response time will be assigned by the Site team at each site and will be monitored and reviewed by Academy Business Managers or Central Estates Team
Information related to Emergencies for Trust infrastructure, buildings or assets
Information related to planned preventative maintenance activities .
Information related to statutory compliance activities (both in house and outsourced)
